We accept several major insurance plans but INSURANCE IS NOT REQUIRED. If needed our staff will work closely with you in order to make services accessible and payment affordable. Contact us for our affordable price schedule. Some insurance companies require co-pay at the time of service. We do request payment for services at the time of the appointment.
